ডিপ্লোমা ইন নার্সিং এন্ড মিডওয়াইফারী পাশ। প্রার্থীকে অবশ্যই বাংলাদেশ নার্সিং ও মিডওয়াইফারী কাউন্সিলের হালনাগাদ রেজিস্ট্রেশন থাকতে হবে।
